Upon arrival, you will check into a comfortable double room before we welcome you with mulled wine and warm Danish “æbleskiver” in the lounge. In the evening, a welcome drink awaits, followed by a very special dining experience in the restaurant:
This year’s Christmas menu – served as social dining with 10 flavorful courses, combining classic Christmas favorites with a modern twist. (Wine pairing available at an additional DKK 350 per person.)

Cold-smoked salmon in beetroot, Danish apples & fennel

Mini tartlet with fricassee of Danish chicken & sautéed mushrooms
Klitrosen’s pork sausage – mustard cream – kale variation

Stuffed roast pork

Homemade red cabbage
Rich creamy Christmas sauce
Winter salad with cabbage, orange & cranberries

Traditional Danish rice pudding (risalamande) with cherry sauce enhanced with Amarena cherries
The evening is rounded off with coffee and a small digestif, and the bar stays open until midnight.
The next morning, enjoy a generous breakfast buffet before check-out at 11:00.
