Starter:
Pâté en croûte with purée of dried mushrooms and shallot–cranberry chutney

Main Course:
Slow-roasted game in rich brown sauce, with caramelised asparagus from Pia in Tranum and mashed potatoes with browned butter

Dessert:
Tartlets with strawberries from Stensgård, acacia honey, and buttermilk ice cream with white chocolate
