Opening event

We would like to invite you to a very special evening,  where you will be served all of Villys´ favorite dishes and wines, including rare bottles from his private wine cellar.

– Herring with sea buckthorn
– White fish with herb creme & mousse of the last winter vegetables
– Venison with portwine sause
– Klitrosens tiramisu
