As summer arrives by the dunes of Tranum Strand and the long bright evenings settle over the sea, we invite you to join us for what may become the most atmospheric dining experience of the season.

From June 11 to June 21, we celebrate fresh Danish asparagus with a specially curated menu inspired by the finest seasonal ingredients, the freshness of the sea, and the light flavours of Nordic summer cuisine.

Our kitchen has created an elegant three-course menu where organic asparagus from Naturbruget Tranum takes centre stage. Every detail has been carefully considered – from locally sourced ingredients to the delicate summer flavours that perfectly complement an evening by the coast.

Starter
Grilled green asparagus served with a breaded poached egg, Parma ham and silky hollandaise sauce.

Main Course
Pan-fried hake served with fresh asparagus, new Danish potatoes and classic dill sauce – a true taste of summer by the sea.

Dessert
Crispy strawberry tartlet with mazarin mousse and creamy vanilla ice cream – the perfect ending to a summer evening on the west coast.
