Prices

At Klitrosen af 01.03.22 ApS, all prices are listed in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT and applicable taxes.
We reserve the right to change prices from day to day without prior notice. We are not responsible for sold-out products/services

Payment

Klitrosen af 01.03.22 ApS accepts payment via VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron,
Mastercard, PayPal, MobilePay, and bank transfer. Payment will only be deducted from your account when the product is shipped or the service is provided. All amounts are in DKK and include VAT. We reserve the right to correct price errors and for sold-out/discontinued products/services

Cancellations and Changes

Cancellations must be made in writing and include annulments, reductions, shortening, relocation, and similar significant changes to the order confirmation. If cancelled 60 days before the planned start date, 50% of the deposit will be charged as a cancellation fee. If cancelled less than 30 days before the planned start date, 75% of the deposit will be charged as a cancellation fee. A reduction of up to 5% of the confirmed number of participants can be made free of charge up to 24 hours before the start of the event. For events on weekends or public holidays, reductions must be notified by 10:00 AM on the preceding bussiness day. Any cancellations or no-shows after this deadline will be charged at full price.

Planning

No later than 7 days before arrival, please provide the following information: – Name list for room allocation (if applicable) – Final number of participants, number of children under 12 years, and any dietary restrictions – Table plan and table setting details – Program with meal times – Requests for AV-equipment setup – Requests for invoice splitting or EAN invoicing – Please note that minor changes to the menu may occur.

FOR PRIVATE EVENTS, COURSES, AND CORPORATE FUNCTIONS

Minimum participants for courses: 4 people
Minimum participants for event: 20 people (contact us for smaller gatherings).
Children under 12 years pay half price. Children aged 0-3 years are for free.

Right of Withdrawal

Purchase of event tickets or related add-ons (e.g, meal tickets, accommodation, transport) are not covered by the right of withdrawal, according to the Danish Consumer Contracts Act (§17 section 2 and §9 section 2 no. 2a).
If an event is canceled, the ticket will be refunded, and the amount will be automatically be returned to the payment account. Fees are non-refundable.

Alcohol

According to Danish law: To purchase alcohol over 16,50% person must be 18 years old or older. To purchase alcohol under 16,50% person must be 16 years old or older.
We reserve the right to request valid photo ID as proof of age.

Damages

If vandalism or damage occurs during an event, the hosting party is liable for the cost of repairs or replacements.
Event duration
Due to licensing regulations, alcohol service stops at 02.00 AM. Each event includes a specified time period in the price. Extended opening hours (before or after the agreed time) require an additional fee of DKK 500 per server. Minimum 2 serveres must be present at all times during an event.

Deposit

For private events (from 20 people), a deposit of DKK 10.000,- is required upon booking the venue. The deposit will be deducted from the final bill at checkout. Payment can be made via credit card, MobilePay (up to DKK 15.000/day), or bank transfer. A final booking confirmation will be sent upon receipt of the deposit.
